Bright hotel located in a really comfortable area adjacent to nearby malls such as Kolkas, Ciptutra or even Plaza Festival and local shops and the the local shopping centre. Comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast. Had a stable WiFi, a pantry, and a kettle. Good location at walking distance from Epicentrum Walk.

Conveniently located near several good shopping malls, only a 5-minute drive to an affordable mall, as well as being close to the city center, Sudirman, and Kuningan. There is also a Mosque nearby, although it does start its morning prayers with beautiful singing around 4:30 am. 🕌

The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions.- The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, ensuring there was something for everyone's taste.

The cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired, with dirty walls and a small and unclean bathroom. The spa experience was not pleasant, as the staff canceled my reservation and changed the timing multiple times without proper communication.
